Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and restrictions imposed by the Commonwealth on the limited number of individuals allowed to gather indoors and outdoors, Assumption University is unable to host this year's Men's Conference. Therefore, our Conference on March 20 will be remote and interactive.
The ongoing pandemic has had a profound effect on all of our lives. As a result of the many hardships and tragedies experienced throughout our communities, we believe that this may well be our most meaningful and fulfilling Conference ever.
We urge you to encourage your family members and friends to participate.
Here is how the remote, interactive Conference will work:
Through a smart TV, PC, or Mac, conference attendees will be able to:
Participate at home or with friends via their internet hook-up.
Meet with others at a Covid-safe 'host location' - a parish center, local meeting room, conference room, or classroom, etc., with internet access.
Whether at home or at a 'host location', attendees will be able to:
- View our featured speaker presentations
- Join a Q&A session after each talk
- Interact in real time with our many vendors
- Enjoy a complementary lunch (Host locations only)
- Access telephone technical support
Bishop McManus will open the Conference at noon and close it with a Mass at 4:00 pm.
Tickets from our cancelled event last year will be honored for March 20, 2021. For additional information or purchase new tickets, please call Joan DeMasi at 508-929-4345.
